Nordic Nanolab User Meeting 2022

Myfab Chalmers, Gothenburg, Sweden, 5 - 6 May 2022

Welcome to attend and to contribute with a poster to the third Nordic Nanolab User Meeting (NNUM) hosted by Myfab Chalmers, Chalmers University of Technology, in Gothenburg, Sweden, 5 – 6 May 2022! This is the third user meeting organized by the Nordic Nanolab Network (NNN), continuing the long tradition of Myfab user meetings. We look forward to two exciting days filled with interesting presentations, technical tutorials, and presentations of your work at the poster session, as well as visits to Myfab Chalmers Nanofabrication laboratory and a conference dinner event. We expect around 250 participants from 12 nanofabrication laboratories from the five Nordic countries.

PROGRAM:

The program includes several plenary talks, thematic tutorials on Materials Analysis and Characterisation, Thin FilmTechnologies, Etching Technologies, and Lithography, as well as a poster session and visits to Chalmers Nanofabrication Laboratory.
